Transport Canada has issued a Ship Safety Bulletin(첨부참조) relating to enforcement of the Maritime Labour Convention provisions on duration of contract and repatriation, particularly the requirement for shipowner to repatriate crew members to ensure they are not serving longer than 11 months from the date of joining the vessel.
