Three
crew of tanker ANDRINA 200 reportedly, died of suffocation in a cargo tank, on
Aug 10, at Calaca, Batangas, southwest Luzon, Philippines. Seamen were
cleansing cargo tank and inhaled fumes from cargo residues on the bottom of
tank. They lost conscience, were recovered by other crew and sent to hospital,
to be found dead on arrival to hospital.
